Route also provides low-cost shipping protection for your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. Select this insurance at check-out and you can easily file claims through us or route directly. This payment is non-refundable once purchased. When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 24 hours.
To File a Claim
If you have experienced an order with a damaged, stolen or lost package simply file a claim here. You will need your email and order number.
*IMPORTANT* In order to file a claim please note you will need to gather additional information prior to submitting. For a damaged package a picture of the box and the item is required.*
- Claims for packages marked “delivered must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked “delivered.”
- Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not “delivered”) must be filed after 7 days (20 for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
