Getting Started
It's OK if you don't love everything you ordered—we get it!
Returns just got SO much easier thanks to our new online returns portal.
Below, you’ll find some important information to know before starting your return, be sure to read our full policy. Once you’ve read that, click “Start Your Return Here” and you’ll be walked through a simple process to complete your return! We promise, it's so easy to do that you'll have it down in no time. And, if for any reason it’s not that easy, just email Mary-Arthur at sales@kellymoorebag.com, and she’ll be able to help you!
BEFORE Starting your return, here’s what you need to know:
- The item needs to be in perfect condition with all tags and original packaging (tags and barcodes)
- We only accept returns from the Kelly Moore Bag website within 20 days of purchase
- When submitting a return, please include your packing slip and return label.
- You will be responsible for the cost of shipping your returned item back to our warehouse; this will be deducted from your return.
- Be sure to mail your return within 7 days after getting the label or it will expire
- Please be sure to write your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number clearly on the outside of the package; this will help us process your return faster. (This number will be given to you once your return is submitted.)
KMB Full return Policy
We’re proud of what we make, and we want you to be proud of it, too.
If for some reason, you aren’t happy with your bag, we’re happy to accept a return or exchange it within 20 days of when it was originally purchased. We cannot accept returns after 20 days from the original order.
We ask that the bag is in “perfect condition” to be returned or exchanged. This means the product has no wear or tear, all tags are still attached, and the poly-bag and all barcodes are still on the product. Due to our warehouse set up, if original packaging (tags, barcodes & poly-bag) is not present, your return cannot be accepted.
We only accept returns on items purchased from the Kelly Moore Bag website and shipping on the original order is not refundable. Items need to be returned back to us within 7 days after the return has been accepted or your return request will expire and be voided.
To begin a return or exchange, please begin the process by clicking the button above. You’ll just need the email used on your order or your order number plus your zip code to start your return.
Exchanges
For exchanges, Kelly Moore Bag will cover the cost of shipping your new item to you! It will take us around two weeks (14 business days) to process your return or exchange, so thanks in advance for your patience!
Price Adjustments
We will happily offer our customers price adjustments on sale prices up to 7 days from the date of purchase. Please contact us at sales@kellymoorebag.com for a price adjustment.
Holiday Return Time-Frame
Our Warehouse will give all first priority to fulfilling orders during the busy Holiday Season. If your return is received at any time during the week of November 24 - November 30, it will not be processed until December 1, after which you can expect it to be processed within 14 business days.
