Returns & Exchanges
We’re proud of what we make - and we want you to be proud of it, too.
If for some reason, you aren’t happy with your bag, we’re happy to accept a return or exchange it within 20 days of when it was originally purchased.
We ask that the bag is in perfect condition to be returned or exchanged. Perfect condition to us means the product has no wear or tear, all tags are still attached as well as poly-bag & barcodes haven't been removed from the product. Due to our automated return process, if original packaging (tags, barcodes & poly-bag) is not present your return cannot be accepted.
We only accept returns on items purchased from the Kelly Moore Bag website and shipping on the original order is not refundable. Items need to be returned back to us within 1 week after return has been accepted or your return request will expire and be voided.

- When submitting a return, please include your order number & the email address used for your order.
- You will be responsible for the cost of shipping your returned item back to our warehouse.
- You will be charged a $3 restocking fee for each item returned. This will be deducted from your return
- Please be sure to write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package; this will help us process your return faster. This number will be given to you once your return is submitted.
For exchanges, Kelly Moore Bag will cover the cost of shipping your new item to you! It will take us around two weeks (fourteen business days) to process your return or exchange, so we thank you in advance for your patience!
We want your experience of our products to be the best, every time.
Because of this, your Kelly Moore Bag is covered under a manufacturer’s warranty for one year from the purchase date, covering defects that hinders functionality and a few other special circumstances. Any scratches, tears, or wear of the materials that may occur from misuse, abuse, or extended use of the product are not covered under this warranty, and it does not cover any loss of equipment or time.
To submit a warranty claim, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and include a photo of the damage, where you purchased your bag, the serial number of the bag (found on the inside tag), and your current address and phone number. If you purchased your bag online from our website, please include your order number. If you purchased it in a store, please include a copy of your original receipt.
Please Note: We reserve the right to refuse warranty based on customer service discretion. We only warranty purchased bags from approved retailers, a list of which can be found here.
Sometimes prices change. We will happily offer our customers price adjustments on sale prices up to 1 week (7 days) from the date of purchase. Please contact us at email@example.com for a price adjustment.
