Many of you know that we recently adopted a beautiful little girl.  Chapel Augusta is almost 5 months old now, and we are IN LOVE!  As we went through the process of meeting Candice, Chapel’s birth mom, and all the pieces of the puzzle came together, I couldn’t wait to share our story with everyone I knew. From the moment I heard Candice’s name, we have been blown away at how God has so perfectly orchestrated this adoption.

You may have seen my previous post sharing the 3 minute version of our story.  We hired Still Motion, a ridiculously talented group of film makers to come capture our story.  I wanted to share the events of Chapel coming into our life as accurately as possible, and these guys had the vision to make that happen!  I’m so thankful to have this film to not only share with all of you, but to one day show Chapel how special she is

I hope this can encourage anyone out there who may be thinking of adopting a child.  It’s been one of the most amazing things we’ve ever done!

Thanks to all who where involved in making this happen, and bringing Chapel into this world safe and sound…..you know who you are.  I have been overwhelmed by the selflessness and generosity of you all. Also, a huge thank you to Heather Land, my dear friend who wrote the fairy tale that was used in this film. She wrote it for us as a gift at our baby shower.
