I’ve decided to do a 30 day cleanse, and I want you to do it with me!!!
You can view the video below to hear my official challenge, but in a nutshell, I really want to make a change, and get a little healthier.
I’ve been enjoying my summer off WAY to much, and my jeans have decided they don’t want to fit anymore
I also want to try to change some of my bad eating habits, and this seems like the perfect way to begin.
I don’t want to do it by myself!
I thought if we all do it together, we would have accountability, and can help each other through the month.
If you would like to do this with me,  just post in the comment section below that you are IN.
I’m going to blog daily(or near daily), with great recipes, and how my day is going.
If you want, you can do the same on your blog.
If you don’t have a blog, just let me know daily how you are doing in the comment section of each days post.

The cleanse I am doing is called CleanseSmart. Look at the website below to read about it.
This is just one I picked up at my local health food store.
You can do the same or you can do your own variation.
I think the key is to make a goal and stick with it!

Diet Suggestions:
* Fresh Fruit and Veggies
* Fish
* Free-range or organic chicken and turkey
* Eggs
* Well-cooked grains: millet, buckwheat, amaranth, quinoa, spelt and teff.
* Pasta made form the above grains
* Essential fatty acids: flax oil, fish oil, borage oil
*Raw almonds and seeds, raw almond butter
*I’m also going to add plain yogurt, honey, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, whole grain brown rice & shrimp.

In addition to my diet changes, my goal is to GET OFF OF DIET COKES!!!!!!
I also want to exercise at least 4 times a week.
